In Her Own Words

How Trisha Approaches Coaching:

What are your goals with your coaching clients?

Many of my clients are in a state of growth with lofty revenue goals. I want to help them develop back end systems and processes, get documentation out of peoples’ heads and onto paper, and create monthly reporting with metrics, tracking, and developing KPIs to make sure they’re tracking the right data to meet their milestones. These will help them scale and hit those goals.

What successes have you seen your clients have?

Recently I helped a client put on a major summer event that was a significant source of revenue while still meeting his goal to scale the number of his locations. He actually doubled the number of his locations across the country, which was exciting.

Why do you enjoy business coaching?

I love a one on one connection with people where we can get really deep into things and encompass the entire lifestyle that they want, and figuring out how their business can lead to the lifestyle they want. It excites me to guide people through that.

What prompted you to become a business coach?

As I began to transition into professional coaching and high performance coaching, I fell into a pattern where people who I’d initially coached in other ways followed me into my new coaching ventures. I realized that many of the systems that I’d used to find success in owning my business helped others too, and I wanted to continue to help people in that way. Plus I’ve always found the business side of things fascinating. I love learning, especially the nuances of businesses and learning about how a new industry works.
