Denver Business Coach
Meet Sharon
Sharon Moskowitz believes the most toxic sentence in the English language is, “This is how we’ve always done it.” As someone who has been in multiple industries over the last 20 years, she has discovered that when we can alter perspectives and use compassion to address others, possibilities grow.
Sharon believes strongly in a “people first” philosophy. When the people running the systems are taken care of and feel empowered to own a piece of the business’ success, the business can thrive. That’s why she helps leaders grow sustainable, scalable businesses through empathy, identification, and problem solving.

What You’ll Experience with Sharon as Your Coach:
High Performance Leadership
Sharon is passionate about not only helping you discover how you can grow, but how you can apply what you’ve learned to create organizational change, bringing together disparate opinions and opposing viewpoints to the common goal of growth.
Genuine Growth
Sharon knows how to help you not only improve the quality of your life but the lives of those around you impacted by your business, helping others to understand their own worth, develop healthy habits, and communicate effectively with their teams.
Connection Across Industries
Sharon understands what it looks like to be that “connective tissue” across departments, industries, or other seemingly irreconcilable opinions. No matter who you are trying to bring together, Sharon can help you find that connection to work seamlessly and grow.

In Her Own Words
How Sharon Approaches Coaching:
What are your goals with your coaching clients?
- We will define what growth looks like to you, your business, and to recognize the effects of growth in all areas, especially ones unpredicted.
- To understand how one area of your life and business affects all other areas
- How to improve as a business owner, people manager and communicator in and out of business.
- To establish systems which run the business, and ensure the right people are in place to run those systems
- I believe in coaching the whole person through meaningful conversations, mutual respect and an opportunity-based mindset. This often involves meeting with different members of your team, other service providers you trust and key stakeholders in your business.
What successes have you seen your clients have?
By meeting individually and bringing together key leads in monthly collaboration meetings, I’ve aided in (formerly) very competitive stakeholders now seeing the value of working together and offering to share resources with one another in a very large organization.
A client on track to double their revenue, year over year while keeping sights on sustainability and long-term visions of growth. This client has also brought on a new equity partner, and created a new mid-level management level within their business.
Many clients have learned to set working boundaries, enhancing the quality of both their time with family as well as their productivity as business owners.
Why do you enjoy business coaching?
“I enjoy acting as a mirror, helping you (and your team) get out of your own way, and helping you realize how often you already know the solution to move forward. I appreciate and look forward to hard conversations; sometimes between us, other times with your team. I see each moment as a growth opportunity. It is wonderful to be a part of the shift in mindset when clients begin to see challenges as signals for growth.”
What prompted you to become a business coach?
“I’ve been a coach for my entire life, in various industries and have coached clients with their businesses for years, as a life coach. I thought it was time to make the official jump and apply lessons learned from a dozen industries into one concentrated effort.”
