Cindy Carrillo

Denver Business Coach

Meet Cindy

Cindy has walked a long and colorful journey. After helping her parents run a boutique plant store, and working briefly in politics for US Senator Gary Hart, she moved into the non-profit sector to develop family care programs.

This is where she discovered a deep need for work-life benefits in the workplace, which motivated her to found her company where she served as CEO. She eventually sold her business in a competitive bid process to a top competitor and Fortune 500 company, and now focuses on helping people reach their personal and professional potential from her beautiful Colorado ranch.

"It was hard to see what use I had to my company, which was an interesting place to be, because it was a huge success. It felt a little bit like a child leaving the house when they no longer need you. I was looking for what’s next, and Cindy did an amazing job. She helped me see, in a very simplistic way, how I could move forward and be a useful part of what I created. Sometimes the most simplistic things are the most impactful."

In Her Own Words

How Cindy Approaches Coaching:

What are your goals with your coaching clients?

“My primary goal is to be that outside objective person that my clients can talk to and who they know has their best interest in mind always. I want to help them develop good practices, thought processes and skills for decision-making, strategy and leadership. And for those who are looking to make a change, to help them find their Nxt!”

What successes have you seen your clients have?

“I’ve seen clients grow their businesses by 2 or 3 times; get that new career they have been looking for; develop a new, strong leadership team that works really well together and can depend on each other; and step up and into that new job and realize they were, in fact, the right person for it!”

Why do you enjoy business coaching?

“It feeds my soul. I love the one on one connection. I love to see that AHA moment when one of my clients ‘gets it.’”

What prompted you to become a business coach?

“I’ve been mentoring and coaching my whole life. It was the logical and most important next step for me to take in my career.”
