Steven grew up in Chicago and graduated from CU with a Psychology & Neuroscience degree. He is a seasoned Business Strategist with a robust entrepreneurial background. Having successfully founded and expanded small enterprises, including a house painting business and a moving company, my expertise lies in optimizing business operations. He holds a certification as a Change Management Practitioner from PROSCI, emphasizing a data-driven approach to navigating organizational transformations.

As a critical partner at Denver Business Coach, he specializes in developing valuable, transferable assets for business owners. Notable certifications include Value Builder Advisor and ProfitFirst Professional, showcasing financial analysis and strategic planning proficiency. His experience spans diverse sectors such as professional services, health & wellness, and construction trades.

Simon founded Denver Business Coach in 2011. Since then, he has personally worked with hundreds of business owners and helped them build better, more profitable, and more enjoyable businesses. Simon understands that every owner is different and needs a different approach as it relates to strategy, accountability, clarity, and support in execution.

Simon is able to meet each person where they are at and help them gain traction with achieving their goals very quickly. Simon is a father and people person at heart. He loves the outdoor life – camping, hiking, paddle boarding, skiing, snowboarding.

Drawing on his diverse experience in multiple industries including software, construction, and manufacturing, sales, engineering, and executive management, Walt works with owners to help them address the important issues that often take a back seat to the everyday challenges that leaders face in operating a small business.

He will actively listen to your priorities then help you craft a plan to address each area of concern. Outside of business, he spends his time with his family, cycling, playing softball, and volunteers as a Board member for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

With over 40 years of business experience, including private enterprise, retail, non-profit, and government sector work, Cindy has developed significant leadership and management skills, has strong fiscal management and organizational development expertise, and has developed a proficiency in mentoring, coaching, meeting facilitation and public speaking.

Prior to coaching, Cindy was the founder and CEO of Work Options Group for 23 years, then sold to a major competitor. She now lives on a 35-acre ranch in beautiful Ridgway, CO, bringing all of her business, leadership, mentoring, and ranching work ethic to each coaching session.

Sharon is an accomplished writer with extensive experience creating organizational change and change management editorials. Her expertise includes mentoring, coaching, guiding sustainable change, and facilitating thought leadership discussions.

Personally, Sharon is solar-powered and active. She believes your work can only match the commensurate quality of your rest, overtime. She has purposefully built a life that allows her to call many places home: traveling, hiking, and splitting her time between Europe, North Carolina, and Colorado.

Trisha Mitchner

Business Coach | Performance Coach

Trisha’s passion for business started in 2013 when she co-founded a series of licensed, community-driven fitness studios in NJ, still serving 850+ active members today. Since selling the business, she’s been a passionate coach and business consultant in a number of industries.

She provides business development and executive-level coaching services to small businesses, start-ups, and professionals ready to shift gears. She helps clients analyze business problems, create calculated solutions and develop plans to take things to the next level confidently.

Her coaching style is rich with a unique background in performance, neuro-linguistics, process improvement, and strategic planning. Working with her will feel experiential, focused, yet lighthearted.

Outside of business, she enjoys being active outdoors, hiking, biking, and playing any game that involves aim. She’s a huge dog- and bird-nerd and will forever bleed maize and blue. She resides in Michigan.

Ed Sadler

Ed grew up in Maine and New Hampshire and then attended New York University, graduating in 1985. He enjoyed a 34-year international banking career living and working in a variety of cities and countries across Asia, the U.S., Middle East, and Europe. Responsibilities included numerous line management roles and he then managed acquisitions, divestures, business and office closures, transformation and restructuring initiatives for the private banking division of a major British bank for over ten years.

In 2021, he established a Sunbelt Business Brokers franchise in Denver to guide and assist owners in selling their small and medium sized businesses to the right buyers.

As a DBC Coach, Ed sees an outstanding opportunity to work with owners of small and medium- sized businesses who, over the next 1-3 years, want to grow and prepare their business for an eventual sale at a much higher valuation than exists today.

Ed has been married to Susan for 29 years and they have 26-year-old twin boys, Anthony and Alex, who are both loving life in the bright lights of New York City. Ed has really enjoyed the move to Colorado and the outdoor lifestyle it offers; he skis, hikes, and continues to participate in various ultra and endurance events.
